Back to how we work

ARIAL / THE STUDIO

The studio.
The work behind it.

We build financial models and connect the data and workflows behind them. You can ask us to plan a new setup, build it with you or improve the tools you already use.

01 / RESPONSIBILITY

You know who's doing what.

Before we start, we agree what we're building and who is responsible for each part. That includes who checks the data and financial assumptions, and which decisions need your input.

We also agree what you'll receive, who owns the work and the access your team needs. Any support after delivery is agreed separately.

02 / THE PERSON BEHIND ARIAL

Luca
Burigat.

Founder, Arial Studio
Ghent, Belgium

Before founding Arial, Luca worked across SME consulting, investment analysis and SaaS acquisitions. His work included financial models, reporting workflows for SMEs, recurring-revenue analysis from raw CRM data, and AI-assisted deal screening and due diligence.

Separately, he built Credia, a product for analysing SME debt financing. Luca holds an MSc in Business Administration, Finance and Risk Management from Ghent University.

03 / WORKING TOGETHER

Built around you.

Tell us what your team needs to be able to do. We'll look at how you work today and agree a setup that fits.

01

Start where you are.

You may be starting from scratch or working with systems you want to keep. We can build the foundations or connect and improve what's already there.

02

Fit the way you work.

Your team's day-to-day work guides the build. We agree which tasks to automate and where AI can help. Financial calculations follow defined rules; your team reviews assumptions and makes the decisions.

03

Make it part of everyday work.

We work through the finished setup with the people who will use it. Your team gets practical training and instructions for updating it, checking the results and dealing with exceptions.

YOUR NEXT STEP

What should your
team be able to do?

Tell us what you'd like to build or change, and what you're working with today. It's fine to start with an idea.
